Superbike Assassin stands behind the craftmanship of our products. Because we design and supply both electronic components and precision-machined alloy parts, our warranty and return terms are clearly defined below to eliminate any uncertainty.

By purchasing from Superbike Assassin, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Product Categories

Our products fall into two categories:

A. Electronic Products

B. Precision Machined Alloy Parts

2. Warranty Coverage

A. Electronic Products – 1 Year Limited Warranty

All electronic products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

Covered Under Warranty:

  • Electronic component failure under normal use

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Shipping damage (must be reported immediately upon delivery)

NOT Covered:

  • Physical damage of any kind

  • Impact damage

  • Cracks, chips, or broken housings

  • Incorrect voltage application

  • Water Damage   

  • Improper installation

  • Modifications or tampering

  • Normal wear and tear

If a product is damaged during installation, it is not covered.

Warranty applies strictly to electronic malfunction not caused by user error.

B. Machined Aluminum Hard Parts – Lifetime Limited Warranty

Select machined aluminum products are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Structural failure under normal intended use

NOT Covered:

  • Crash damage

  • Impact damage

  • Cosmetic wear

  • Scratches, anodizing wear, or finish fading

  • Improper installation

  • Alterations or modifications

  • Abuse or misuse

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

3. Shipping Damage Policy

If your order arrives damaged:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email clear photos of:

    • The damaged product

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label

  • Include your order number in the email.

  • Send to: info@superbikeassassin.com

Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may void replacement eligibility.

4. Return Policy

Return Eligibility Requirements

To request a return, you must:

  1. Email info@superbikeassassin.com

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos of the product

  3. Wait for written approval before shipping anything back.

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

Unopened & Uninstalled Products

  • Eligible for return within 10 days of delivery.

  • Subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Installed Products

  • No returns accepted once a product has been installed.

  • No exceptions.

Installation includes:

  • Wiring connected

  • Bolted or mounted

  • Modified or test-fitted in a way that leaves marks

5. Warranty Claim Process

If your claim is approved:

  1. We will ship a replacement product.

  2. A return label will be provided for the defective unit.

  3. The defective product must be returned within the specified time frame.

We reserve the right to:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace the product

  • Issue store credit (at our discretion)

Refunds are not issued for warranty claims.

6. Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved, unopened returns.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and the responsibility of the Purchaser.

7. Important Installation Disclaimer

All products must be installed properly and in accordance with professional motorcycle electrical and mechanical standards.

Superbike Assassin is not responsible for:

  • Improper external wiring

  • Incorrect installation

  • Damage caused during installation

  • Damage caused by incorrect tools

  • Damage caused by aftermarket modifications

If you are not experienced with motorcycle electrical or mechanical work, professional installation is strongly recommended.

8. Limitation of Liability

Superbike Assassin shall not be liable for:

  • Labor costs

  • Installation costs

  • Downtime

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Damage to other components of the motorcycle

Our liability is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the product.

9. Final Authority

Superbike Assassin reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility upon inspection of returned products.

All warranty and return decisions are final.

 

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to submit a request

  • Log in to your account at account.superbikeassassin.com and go to your Orders to submit a return or cancellation request.
  • If you checked out using a phone number only (no email), use the return link in your SMS order confirmation instead.

Return window You have 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal to return the item(s).

Refunds We will process your refund within [10 days] of receiving the returned item(s). Your refund will include the original order's standard shipping cost. Upgraded or express shipping charges are not refundable.

Exemptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to damaged or installed products. Product must be new and in its original packaging with all contents included fully to receive a refund.
