Superbike Assassin makes no representation that its products are DOT-approved unless explicitly stated.

The customer assumes all responsibility for ensuring legal use of the products in their jurisdiction.

3. Assumption of Risk

Motorcycle modification involves inherent risks.

By purchasing and installing our products, you acknowledge and agree that:

Installation and use are at your own risk.
Improper installation may result in equipment damage, vehicle malfunction, serious injury, or death.
You accept full responsibility for any outcomes resulting from installation or use.

Superbike Assassin shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, citations, property damage, or mechanical failures arising from product use.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Superbike Assassin shall not be liable for:

Labor costs
Installation costs
Downtime
Lost profits
Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages
Damage to other vehicle components

Total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Superbike Assassin, its owners, affiliates, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Improper installation
Misuse of products
Vehicle accidents
Violations of law
Third-party claims related to product use

6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel any order
Correct pricing errors
Cancel suspected fraudulent transactions
Limit quantities purchased

Payment must clear before shipment.

7. No Chargeback / Payment Dispute Policy

Before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to contact us directly at info@superbikeassassin.com and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

By purchasing from superbikeassassin.com, you agree:

Not to initiate chargebacks for matters clearly outlined in our policies
Not to dispute charges for installed products
Not to dispute valid restocking fees
Not to dispute charges for products damaged by improper installation

We aggressively contest fraudulent or policy-violating chargebacks and may submit:

Proof of delivery
Customer communications
Photos
IP verification
Signed delivery confirmation

If a chargeback is determined to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms, we reserve the right to:

Pursue collection of unpaid balances
Recover associated fees
Deny future purchases
Take legal action where applicable
